About The Founder

Discover the heart behind Pink Healing Era: A soft sanctuary created from real life, real healing, and a deep desire for a gentler way of living.

My Journey to a Softer Way of Living

Pink Healing Era was born from a deep realization: I wasn’t truly living as myself I was surviving. For so long, I held everything together without ever slowing down to process what I had been through. But once I began doing the inner work, I saw how deeply my unhealed experiences had shaped me. I didn’t create this space because I had all the answers, but because I knew there had to be a softer, more intentional way to live a way for women to feel safe, to slow down, and to choose themselves without guilt. My message is simple: There is nothing wrong with you. You are not “too much” or broken you were simply navigating environments that didn’t know how to hold your truth. Now, you deserve the space to heal, to grow, and to become who you were always meant to be… softly and at your own pace.

The Pillars of Pink Healing Era

The values that guide everything I create are authenticity, softness, honesty, and genuine connection. I truly believe women deserve a space where they don’t have to perform, be perfect, or hide how they really feel. This is a space where vulnerability is welcomed, growth happens at your own pace, and choosing yourself is honored without guilt. These beliefs shape every part of Pink Healing Era from my writing and offerings to the community we’re building together. I lead with empathy and real-life experience, making sure everything feels safe, relatable, and intentional. This isn’t about perfection or pressure it’s about creating a soft, supportive space where women can heal, connect, and evolve in a way that feels natural and true to them.

Embracing My Soft Life Rituals

A glimpse into my soft life era is all about slowing down and moving through each day with intention. I’ve learned to cherish quiet mornings whether that’s journaling, sitting with my thoughts, or simply allowing myself not to rush. Throughout the day, I create small moments to pause, reset, and check in with myself instead of constantly pushing through. My evenings are reserved for unwinding usually with journaling or gentle reflection. What makes these rituals so special is the way they remind me to choose myself in small, consistent ways. They’re a reminder that I no longer have to live in survival mode… I’m allowed to move through life with softness, care, and intention.
